How we use your information:
- Appointment Scheduling: We use the personal information you provide to schedule and confirm massage appointments, as well as to inform you of any changes or updates to your booking.
- Tailored Massage Services: Health information is required for your safety. It also helps our massage therapists tailor their techniques and treatments to meet your specific needs and preferences.
- Payment Processing: Stripe uses your credit or debit card information, as well as your email address and billing information, in order to process payments when you pay your invoices.
- Marketing & Promotions: We may occasionally use the email addresses provided by our clients to send marketing or promotional communications about our services, special offers, or upcoming events. These communications may include newsletters, promotional discounts, or updates about our services. You can opt out at any time by informing us directly or clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the emails.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the mobile massage services provided by PeakForm. By booking an appointment with us or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full.
Please read the following carefully before booking a massage appointment:
- Appointments and Booking System
- You may book massage appointments through our booking page (hosted by Calendly) or by contacting us directly via phone or email.
- Appointments are subject to availability and client location. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
- PeakForm operates within a specified catchment area, which can be viewed as a map through our website. While we endeavour to accommodate all clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to clients residing outside of our catchment area.
- Any appointment booked with a location beyond our catchment area is subject to immediate cancellation, unless an alternative location has been agreed.
- Clients can book their treatments up to 12 hours in advance, at the latest. We reserve the right to cancel appointments booked at short notice without a fully-completed Intake Form or an address within our catchment area.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made up to 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy below for more details.
- Cancellation Policy
- PeakForm aims to be as flexible as possible with all of our clients. For this reason, we allow changes to be made to your booking up to 24 hours before the treatment start time
- Clients who cancel their booking within the permitted window (i.e. at least 24 hours before their treatment start time) will not be billed and are free to reschedule their appointment.
- Although we offer discretion in extenuating, sudden or unavoidable circumstances, individual clients who cancel their booking within 24 hours of their treatment start time are subject to a possible cancellation fee of £15 and refusal of future bookings.
- Clients are free to reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before their original treatment start time. Any other reasonable adjustments are at our discretion.
- Rates and Payment System
- Our rates are determined based on the duration of the massage service selected. Our standard rate is £50 for a 50-minute massage treatment, but this may vary depending on the treatment booked.
- PeakForm reserves the right to introduce time-limited or otherwise conditional discounted rates, with specified terms, at any time.
- Payment is collected using a third-party processor (‘Stripe’). We use an invoicing system to collect payment.
- All invoices must be paid within 14 days after the date of your booking, unless otherwise specified.
- If clients experience any issues with payment, they should contact our office immediately. We aim to accommodate all clients, no matter their personal circumstances. However, repeated non-payment of invoices and failure to engage with associated communications may result in clients being unable to book any further treatments with PeakForm .
- We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment methods using our secure payment processor, Stripe.
- Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when booking appointments. This includes disclosure of any health conditions or special requests that may affect the massage treatment. This information must be provided in advance of every client’s first treatment through our Intake Form.
- All clients must complete our Intake Form prior to their first treatment. Any client who fails to do so will not be able to use our services.
- PeakForm reserves the right to refuse our services to clients who knowingly provide false or misleading information or omit to mention important medical facts on the Intake Form.
- Every client must update PeakForm regarding any relevant changes in their medical condition. This includes, but may not be limited to: professional diagnoses, medical procedures or the prescription of any new medication.
- Individual clients are expected to provide their own towels, adequate space for the massage table and to ensure privacy during the treatment
- Health and Safety
- Our massage therapists are highly-trained and experienced professionals who adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure client wellbeing.
- Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, injuries, or contraindications that may affect their ability to receive massage therapy.
- Our therapists can provide medical referrals for clients, if necessary.
- Code of Conduct
- Clients must be at least 18 years of age when receiving our services.
- Clients must not attend treatments whilst intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Any client doing so will be immediately withdrawn from our service.
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during all massage treatments, refraining from any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour or comments.
- PeakForm will only provide therapists of the highest professional standards. Clients can raise any issues or concerns by reading the ‘Complaints’ section.
- PeakForm reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for any client who violates our Code of Conduct.
- Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website or promotional materials are the property of PeakForm and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
- Amendments and Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Complaints and Feedback
- PeakForm is committed to providing high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you have any complaints or concerns regarding our services, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing or via email wherever possible. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly and fairly.
- Upon receiving a complaint, we will investigate the matter thoroughly and respond to you in a timely manner.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the issue further by contacting the relevant authority or regulatory body, if applicable.
- We may occasionally request feedback from clients after their treatments.
- We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to improve our services based on your experiences and suggestions.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
